1. About LaundryLink

LaundryLink is a web-based system that helps users find and compare laundry shops in Tarlac City. It provides features for price calculation, pickup and delivery, order tracking, and online payment.

2. User Accounts

Users must provide correct information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping account information safe. Laundry owners must provide accurate and updated information about their shop.

3. Location, Maps, and Accuracy

LaundryLink uses location services to find nearby shops. Users can deny access, but features may not work properly. LaundryLink cannot guarantee that all prices, operating hours, services, or machine availability will always be up to date.

4. Pickup, Delivery & Payments

LaundryLink allows scheduling of deliveries but does not provide automatic rider assignment or continuous real-time GPS tracking. Users must verify payment details. LaundryLink uses third-party payment services and does not store complete card security information.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Use LaundryLink for illegal activities or provide false information.
• Damage the system, upload viruses, or abuse review features.
• Manipulate orders, payments, ratings, or system information.

LaundryLink respects the privacy of its users and complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

We collect Account Information (Name, Email, Contact), Location Information, Order/Service details, Payment records, and Reviews/Ratings. Laundry Owners also provide business details.

Information is used to manage accounts, calculate distances/prices, process orders, display reviews, and monitor system security.

LaundryLink does not sell personal information. Data is shared only when necessary for legitimate system functions (e.g., third-party payment processing or mapping). We use technical safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access.

4. Data Retention & User Rights

We retain data only as long as necessary. Users have the right to be informed, access, correct, or request deletion of their data subject to applicable laws.

5. Public Information

Reviews and ratings submitted for public display will be visible to other users. Do not include sensitive personal information in public comments.
